Welcome to the “Get Away Chalet”!

We hope you enjoy your stay at beautiful Lake Tahoe.  Either summer or winter, it is a great place to be!  The Chalet is  3br / 2ba and located on the North West shore of Lake Tahoe two blocks from the lake.  Walking distance to Tahoe City, in a quiet subdivision called “Comstock Acres” off of Granlibakken road. In between Sunnyside and Jakes on the Lake.

We have tried very hard to make our “Chalet” special for you and hope you enjoy all the extras we’ve included.  If you have any additional suggestions please let us know.

The Chalet has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, all new appliances, corian counters, and bathrooms.
All rooms are furnished “Tahoe style” with peeled knotty aspen furniture from local craftsman and with “Old Tahoe” decorations. All lamps and mirrors are of mountain animals or have animal faces carved into them.
